I'm reading Paul Ryan's budget proposal right now and it's a work of art!  I'm excited that somebody in govermnet finally got it right.  The nicest thing about Ryan's proposal is that it puts us on a path to structural balanced budgets without counting on the inevitable increase in revenue from reduced marginal tax rates.  This means that Ryan's budget is the most pessimistic view of his own plan.
